Cussonia paniculata

Cussonia paniculata, commonly known as the mountain cabbage tree, is a unique and striking plant native to southern Africa. 

- Growth Habit: Small to medium-sized tree, can grow up to 15 meters in height, but often smaller.
- Leaves: Distinctive palmate leaves, often with a bluish-green tint, arranged in a dense, umbrella-like cluster at the ends of branches.
- Bark: Smooth and gray when young, becoming rough and corky with age.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

- Thrives in part sun.
- Well-drained soil is essential. It can tolerate poor, rocky soils.
- Drought-tolerant once established but benefits from occasional deep watering during prolonged dry periods.
- Prefers warm climates but can tolerate mild frost.
